Truellion Technologies is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information AutoSend for Gmail™ ("the Add-on") collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you are added to the Add-on whitelist by an administrator, we store your Gmail address solely to verify access authorization.

Information processed during use:

• Recipient email addresses you enter into the Add-on interface
• Email subject and body content you compose
• Your selected delay settings
• Email queue state (stored temporarily in Google Apps Script™ PropertiesService — deleted after batch completes)

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your Gmail™ password or account credentials
• Copies of emails you send
• Device information, IP addresses, or browser data
• Analytics data (no Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar tools)
• Payment information of any kind

3. How We Use Your Information

• Verifying your Gmail™ address is authorized to use the Add-on
• Processing your email send queue with your configured time delays
• Sending you a completion notification when your batch finishes
• Providing customer support when you contact us

4. Data Storage & Infrastructure

The Add-on is built entirely on Google's official cloud infrastructure. We do not operate external servers or databases.

• Whitelist stored in Google Sheets™ or Google Apps Script™ PropertiesService
• Email queue stored temporarily in Apps Script™ PropertiesService — deleted after batch completion
• Authentication handled entirely by Google OAuth 2.0™ — we never see or store your Google password

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data only interacts with Google's own services (Gmail API™, Apps Script™), governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your Gmail address is retained only while your access is active. To request deletion, email hello@truellion.com with subject: AutoSend Data Deletion Request. We process requests within 7 business days. Uninstalling the Add-on also removes all locally stored data automatically.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Add-on's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to perform email sending on your behalf.
