Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using AutoSend for Gmail™ ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Add-on.

1. Description of Service

AutoSend for Gmail™ is a Google Workspace™ Add-on that enables authorized users to send batch emails through their own Gmail™ account using Gmail API™ with configurable time delays. The Add-on operates entirely within Google's official framework using Google Apps Script™ and OAuth 2.0 authorization.

2. Invite-Only Access

Access is strictly invite-only. You may only use the Add-on if your Gmail address has been explicitly whitelisted by an authorized administrator of Truellion Technologies.

• You must not share your install link with others
• You must not attempt to bypass the whitelist access control
• Your access may be revoked at any time at the administrator's sole discretion

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Add-on only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google's Terms of Service and Gmail™ Usage Policies. You must not:

• Use the Add-on to send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Use the Add-on for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Attempt to exceed Gmail API™ sending limits or circumvent Google's policies
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the Add-on
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual or entity

4. Gmail API™ Sending Limits

• Free Gmail™ accounts: maximum 500 emails per day
• Google Workspace™ accounts: maximum 2,000 emails per day

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension by Google. We are not responsible for account restrictions imposed by Google.

5. No Spam Guarantee

While the Add-on includes configurable time-delay features to reduce the likelihood of triggering spam filters, we do not guarantee that emails will not be marked as spam. Deliverability depends on content, recipient server policies, and sender reputation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truellion Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or emails
• Gmail™ account suspension by Google
• Financial losses from use or inability to use the service
• Emails being marked as spam by recipient servers

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your access at any time for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be deleted.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
